All content is protected under international copyright conventions including the Berne Convention and TRIPS Agreement. The Husmerk name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks in multiple jurisdictions worldwide.

Husmerk operates internationally but makes no representation that content is appropriate or available for use in all locations. You are responsible for compliance with local laws where you access our services.

Severability Clause

If any provision conflicts with mandatory law in your jurisdiction, only that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply, while maintaining the remaining Terms" validity across all other jurisdictions.

International Use

When accessing Husmerk internationally, you specifically agree:

• Not to violate any export/import restrictions or embargoes
• To comply with all applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Not to circumvent geo-blocking or access restrictions
• To pay all applicable taxes and duties

International Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where mandatory local law applies.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be first subject to mediation administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). If unresolved, disputes shall be finally settled under the ICC Rules of Arbitration, with proceedings conducted in English in London, UK.

Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings, whether in arbitration or court.
